How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard projects. Rush bookings may be available depending on our schedule.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the shoot. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee. Within 48 hours is non-refundable.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot or upon delivery.
What if weather is bad?
Safety first! We'll reschedule at no extra charge if weather conditions are unsafe for flying. We monitor forecasts closely.
Can I request specific shots?
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your vision, reference videos, and shot lists. We'll work together to capture exactly what you need.
Do you travel for projects?
